Alive and Energized

What activities or experiences make me feel most alive and energized? What aspects of my life bring me the most joy and fulfillment? What areas of my life feel unsatisfying or unfulfilled at the moment? If I had all the resources and time in the world, what would I prioritize doing or pursuing? What activities or situations drain my energy or make me feel stressed and unhappy? What are some recurring themes or patterns in my life that evoke strong emotions or reactions? What values do I hold most dear, and how are they currently reflected in my life? What do I need in order to feel safe, secure, and supported in my personal relationships? How do I recharge and take care of my physical, emotional, and mental well-being? If I could change one thing about my current circumstances or lifestyle, what would it be and why? What are my biggest aspirations, dreams, or goals, and what needs are connected to them? How do I want to contribute to the world, and what needs does that desire align with?

Positively Purging-I welcome your feedbacks in the comments and your likes and passing the real life wisdom on to others as I embark on this new venture of “positively purging“, as I know each of these pieces represents something…

  1. I like this one. I’m going to screen shot and work on answering these when I have time. They really make me think. But I was just telling a patient and family the other day at the hospital, if money and time weren’t an issue, I’d start a tennis camp for the underprivileged black children. My camp would have the surfaces and places for them to live, healthy food, counseling, Jesus, and saved mentors. All my staff would be vetted but they’d ALL have to believe in Jesus. It’d also be free to all the players. It’d be its own little community! I’d live on the campus grounds. The children would learn about nature and how to grow and plant foods. They learn how to speak and write in cursive. They’d learn out to sit at the table and how to dress. Oh my I can see it as I type! Thanks for this writing prompt.
