I know it will all get done, and delivered, as it should.  So I am settling into the slowness while still working, if only for a few days.  Slowing down doesn’t necessarily mean standing still. It’s about finding ways to restore and rest, even in the midst of what needs to get done.  It’s about being present to the intentional moments of quiet and silence, allowing for integration and rest
