Daily Anchor

Start the day with intentional silence. Intentional silence or a regular mindfulness meditation practice allows you to let go of the noise and everything that is not essential, to replenish and to connect with your deepest values, purpose and daily intentions. That attunement sets the tone for your day and your interactions with the world around you.

End the day with a non-judgemental, mindful reflection on your daily activities and interactions with others. What might you have done differently to better align with your values and intentions? What gave you the greatest sense of aliveness and connection to your core values? Who may you need to make amends with? What are you most grateful for?
