I’m starting to think I’m the only grown woman on earth that can’t appreciate food. I’m such a junkie! I’m trying to make a change though. Outside of the small mini packs of fruit snacks, I’ve not had candy since August 10th.

There are a lot of people who don’t appreciate food, and that’s okay if they are getting their daily nourishment. If you ever want to start appreciating your meals try mindful eating. Here are a good food post.
