
Making the Cilantro & Lime Corn Salad for S’s BBQ, I thought wow these same ingredients would do great on chicken. So, I whipped up a quick marinade and let my chicken sit overnight in the fridge.
- chicken legs
- 3 limes juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Herbn’ Farm
- 1 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 4 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- half a onion minced
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
Preparations: Mix all the ingredients together and let marinate overnight or up to three hours and cook on the grill.
