After my lazy walk through the farmers market this morning, I dreamed of a Mango smoothie (What’s your favorite summer drink?). Sweet ripe mangos need little help in the smoothie department and smoothie is a welcome pick-me-up no matter what time of day. - 1cup chopped ripe mango
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup ice
- ¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparations: Place the mango, milk, ice, yogurt, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
