It’s a part of the Trader Joe’s Italian Trio which features Salchichon Salame (smokey tasting salami), Del Duca Jamon Serrano (spanish-style ham that is dry-cured for a minimum of 7 months), and Chorizo Cantimpalo (lean and coarsely ground sausage). So good 😊
