Do you remember that time I bought that “gross” soda and asked for your help with what to do with it? If you don’t, read this post. Well, today my coworker walked into my office and handed me a soda. I looked at her suspiciously. She confessed she didn’t like apples, and her new guy had brought her one with lunch. I laughed and accepted the beautiful bottle of pale green liquid. Cheers!
2 ounces of bourbon
1 Sidral Mundet Green Apple Soda
3 oz of lemonade
1 lime wedge
2 lemon wedges
1 tbsp of honey
Small knob of ginger
1 green apple
Methodology: Slice apple into six thin slices (leave some for garnish and snacking). In shaker add all ingredients (excluding soda) and muddle well. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer, pressing down as much as possible to get every bit of liquid. Fill your cocktail glass with ice and strain the drink over ice. Top with apple soda, stir, and garnish with green apple.
