Grilled Yellow Zucchini

I came across a quote by Cunonsky that read “In cooking, as in all the arts, simplicity is the sign of perfection.” That is the definition of this meal. Bon Appetit.

3 Zucchini, sliced horizontally
1 Capful Herb’n Farm NW:  Pike Place Herbs
Olive oil

Preparation: In a mixing bowl, season zucchini with Herb’n Farm NW, then drizzle with olive oil. Grill squash slices for five to 10 minutes per side, until they reach the desired tenderness.
