Inquire Within: Survival

These questions make for enriching dinner table conversation, but they can be equally illuminating if you simply ask them of yourself. I stumbled onto the idea of asking big questions because I needed them myself. They drive our growth, and we can come back to them year after year.

  1. How have you managed to survive (or thrive) thus far, given the challenges you have had to contend with?
  2. How have you been able to rise to the challenges put before you?
  3.  What was your mind-set as you faced these difficulties?
  4. What have you learned about yourself and your world during your most difficult times?
  5. Which of these difficulties have given you special strength, insight, or skill?

Thanks for these awesome questions – I can see how different ones would target different people
As far as what could be a catalyst for them unfolding and responding –
