I knew when I rescued my fresh produce I wanted to elevate them beyond the bargain bin. I like to think I succeed in this dish. Bon Appetit.
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 ripe peaches
- 5-6 strawberries
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz. cinnamon whiskey
- Dollop of vanilla yogurt
Preparation: In small bowl add butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon whiskey whisky until blended. Add slice peaches to the mixture and coat evenly. Then place on heated grill until golden brown and just cooked through. Place back in bowl and top with strawberries, mint, a dusting of brown sugar, and a dollop of vanilla yogurt.
