I take five minutes to call a friend. Yes call! I expect they likely won’t answer, so I’m ready with a fun voicemail message, like “Nothing’s wrong – you just popped into my mind.” I think of it as a little love note, and when I’m feeling alone or stressed, spending that minute thinking about my friends reminds me that I too am loved, and it helps my brain.

Positively Purging-I welcome your feedbacks in the comments and your likes and passing the real life wisdom on to others as I embark on this new venture of “positively purging“, as I know each of these pieces represents something…
Such an important reminder

It is especially now as many of us don’t get the same human connection we use to. Thanks for reading.

Great idea! It’s nice to call or even text that you’re thinking about the person. But calling can be best.

Thank you. I think there is nothing better then hearing a love one’s voice, or receiving a handwritten note…

That handwritten note is something you don’t hear or see much of anymore. Maybe it’s something we should start doing more of. Everything is text messages which are nice but can be cold. Nothing better than hearing that warm voice or getting a handwritten note. Would make a big difference in a person’s life.
