The blog is coming along nicely, and organically growing.  Today I had a moment I wrote about the generational gap, and then I got to the gym and the seniors who are a part of Silver Sneakers preparing to go on a day trip made me smile. What a serendipitous moment. This is the place and time to watch my adjectives and life come into being… this is joy!
