      The first step with any addiction is being able to admit you have an addiction. That is often a huge first step to change…

      • I can’t honestly write down all my flaws. I do it often. My counselor thinks I’m obsessed with it and thinks I should celebrate my wins more often. For me it’s easier to see the flaws! The challenge is permanently correcting them. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️
