  1. Your emotions and feelings are ONLY valid if they’re true! I think people get stuck with that belief that their feelings and emotions matter! If there is no truth behind them you’re wrong. For example; someone thinking someone is out to get them or talking about them all the time. Where is the proof? If there is none you need to move on. STOP making things up in your head. I had a patient like this all last week. UGH!
