Living Mindfully

Affirmation : am still. I am silent. I am strong. I am courageous. I hear clearly, and I see clearly. I am safe, and life is good. I live this precious life with gratitude daily. I live each moment with fullness. I am enjoying my life.

Daily Intention : I choose to live each of my days with gratitude, positive energy and love. I take time out to be silent and to meditate daily. I live each day, each second, preciously. I am present in all my responsibilities. I calmly walk through my days. I make each day count. I move forward in things I want to achieve in my life – no matter how small the step is. I respect all aspects of my life. I take steps to be silent and peaceful, to breathe when it feels a bit too much.
