Hindsight

If I had known then what I know now   I would have delegated more. I spent years trying to do it all: write books, manage my site, do the bookkeeping, run my own publicity. It got me into some funky situations. I wish I had known to honor my strengths and hire those who were experts in areas where I am definitely not. Nonnegotiable : Make sure your work is guided by passion and service. When you’re inspired, you have the necessary energy to create the impossible.
