What puts you in a better mood? Going for a walk, playing with the dog, listening to a favorite piece of music, watching a funny film, talking to a friend, doing creative activity or one of a million other things? Give some thought to what you find uplifting and inspiring, and what makes you feel lighter, freer and more positive, without being too much like hard work. Consider how you can incorporate these actions into your life more, making sure at least one accomplishment occurs newer the start of each day so you can embrace the morning positively. Jot down a list and keep it handy so when you’re in need of a boost, you can simply choose a mood lifter and put it into action.
