By giving her self-time and space to create, she is practicing a powerful kind of self-care – break free from your routine and tap into the sense of curiosity and wonder that we had as children (remember that?) perhaps most importantly we shouldn’t need permission persuasion to nurture ourselves, but in our world of expectations, demands, and deadlines, its good to remember that self-care is always truth.
