My daughter and son-in-law add personal time in the balance. He would go for a long bike ride with his friends and she would go to an overcamping with her friends. I encourage them to do that for their personal growth.

Such wonderful wise advice. Creating time apart reminds us of who we are at our core, and it gives you something to talk about with your partner other then children and work…lol
