“Stop making your quality of life worse because you’re worried about what other people will think about trivial things. People will eat a sandwich at home instead of enjoying a delicious meal at the restaurant they are craving because they feel awkward being seen alone at a restaurant. They will be sleep-deprived, endure painfully boring situations, deal with unwanted hangovers, get sick, miss out on something that would have been really fun, etc., all in the name of trying to avoid feeling a little self-conscious. Life is too short to do that to yourself.”
Positively Purging-I welcome your feedbacks in the comments and your likes and passing the real-life wisdom on to others as I embark on this new venture of “positively purging”, as I know each of these pieces represents something…

I love this because I practice this! Life is good!

Love it! It’s a sign of personal growth and emotional well-being. I too enjoy my own company and have genuine curiosity about the world. Which often has me wanting to learn and try new things
