You know I’ve tried for years since I’ve been out of the Army to enjoy working out and I just can’t seem to enjoy it. I don’t mind walking or running but I absolutely HATE weights and yes I understand the importance of it but afterwards, I’m never left feeling good or refreshed. Not even while listening to my pastor sermon or listening to gospel or smooth jazz. I just don’t like it. I’ll do it for a season and then I’ll just stop. I do wish that I could make it a constant in my life but……

You can skip weights in your workout if they don’t align with your fitness goals. Everything isn’t for everybody. You can try utilizing bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or by shifting your focus to other forms of training like yoga or Pilates ❤ —Thanks for taking the time to read and comment.

I do miss doing hot yoga and want to try Pilates but I’ve always heard it’s so expensive but thanks for the recommendations.
