You can do this anywhere, but we recommended getting outside if you can, especially in nature. As you walk, take a few deep breaths, allowing the rhythm of your breathing to be slow and relaxed. Notice how your body feels. Bring your attention to how your legs, feet, and arms feel with each step you take. Feel the contact of your feet as they touch the ground and the movement of your body as you take each step. If you become lost in thought as you continue to walk use the next step as an opportunity to start over. – Jamie Price
