Inquire Within: Conflict

These questions make for enriching dinner table conversation, but they can be equally illuminating if you simply ask them of yourself. I stumbled onto the idea of asking big questions because I needed them myself. They drive our growth, and we can come back to them year after year.

  1. What are some of the patterns or ways that you conduct your life that work well for you?
  2. What are the barriers that get in your way?
  3. How do you handle conflict? Change?

  1. Questions to Ponder on! I’m my biggest barrier. I’m an overthinker so I get stuck often times doing nothing. Such a waste. I handle change and conflict by dealing with them head on. Momma always said, “where you cut up, that’s were I’m responding” and saying is “nip it in the bud”, I believe in both.
