  1. About reading, it’s so true. I believe in the 10,000 hour rule that Malcom Gladwell talks about.

      I recall that rule and remember thinking there are 8,760 hours in a year. How do we decide which should be dedicated to becoming an expert? I have found taking a monthly class, attending workshops /conferences and reading journals, keeps me abreast in my field.
