Identity

Writing an article about my autism changed my life. I embraced my identity and see it as an asset. I no longer needed to explain to myself. I no longer must guess or be secretive. Covering the autistic community allowed me to be vulnerable with people like me. It led me to embrace my multiple identities as a Latino as a disabled man, and as an autistic person.
