  1. I think I saw this young lady on Sarah Jakes podcast and I didn’t care for her but I do appreciate this comment and find some truth in it. I’ll add that spirituality is not just going to church and memorizing scripture. It’s truly a lifestyle. It’s a surrendering lifestyle. It’s a denying yourself lifestyle. For when you do those and sup with the master you will get deliverance from your hurt and your pain. You’d realize that they’re just afflictions. You’ll get the strength to move on and move forward.
