Do you have any quick broccoli recipes ? I decided To finish off my Costco bag of broccoli by roasting them in a similar method as I roasted my cauliflower. Roasting vegetables enhances and intensifies their natural flavour, causing the natural sugars to caramelise and giving a crisp outside and a soft centre. Bon Appetit!

- 1 Bunch broccoli (about 1 1/2 pounds), cut into florets, stems peeled and sliced or diced
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Herb N’ Farm seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
Preparation: Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large mixing bowl combine cut 1 head broccoli into florets; with, 4 garlic cloves minced, and 3 tablespoons olive oil; season with Herb N farm. Mixed together well in bowl. Spread them out and then roast, without stirring, until the edges are crispy and the stems are crisp tender, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan,

I love roasted vegetables 🙂 I read about a research conducted that showed steaming vegetables within 7 minutes had been very effective in retaining vital nutrients. So, I made a comprised recipe whereby I steamed the broccoli but made aioli sauce by roasting garlic for 30-45 minutes.
