Students overall self-assessment of learning this quarter. My overall learning assessment of this quarter is that one must be a self-starter and self-motivator to work and to learn at _________. Throughout this quarter I was able to utilize my previous skills as a tutor and youth advocate, starting with building trusted relationships with youth. I was also able to start to understand the Macro particulars of the organization.
Rereading this evaluation reminds me that every job we have teaches us a skill we can build upon; no job is wasted. Tracy Reese described it best in this post.
Real Life of an MSW 
Self assessment is very crucial and every student must undergo this process because it helps them understand where they might be lacking also where is their strong point academically then it will be easy for them to do better next time and in actual fact every student do undergo this process but others are just not aware of it…👍
