Something Active

Working from home requires real focus and energy. When ever I’m able to step away from my computer, I stretch or lunge my way into different room. If I’m really motivated, I do a couple of burpees I know I  don’t have the best form, but I feel energized and ready for whats  next because I’ve changed it up and done something active for my mind and body.
