As we move toward the end of this strange and challenging year, many of us are still wrestling with uncertainty. So much has changed, so much has shifted, and the world continues to transform itself on a near-daily basis. If we want to leverage this upheaval productively, we must ask ourselves some key questions: How can we turn this disruption into a new beginning? How can we reimagine our lives? What can we create in the wake of this accelerated evolution?

I have been asking myself these questions a lot lately. The older I get, the more I think about what I want out of my time here. Self-reflection is everything if you want to move forward with intention. Too many people flail through this life. I don’t want to be one of them. Thanks for the food for thought.

I could not have said the following any better, “Self-reflection is everything if you want to move forward with intention.” without it we are truly lost. Thank you for reading.

Wholeness/Unity are the themes for me. Attention to making sure those I encounter know they are seen and heard.

I love that it is a part of your life mission to make sure those you encounter are truly seen and heard. We should all make that a part of our focus along with unity.

Great questions for me to ponder upon! One thing I know for sure, I’m sick of my loved ones! All of them except my uncle right now and my great nieces and nephews!

Yes, I’ve read a few good books on boundaries and I’ve incorporated some of the suggestions.
