Journaling is a great therapeutic tool to release one’s thoughts, and to process life.

I can relate! I’ve written daily pages for years now. It used to be a morning session before lockdown but now it’s part of my shift from work to personal time at home, and it plays no small part in keeping me sane 😊

What a wonderful way to transition your day. I have enjoyed Julia Cameron, morning pages assignments myself, albeit I have not always been consistent, but when I stick to it I notice the difference in my life. I am currently reading her latest book “The Listening Path the Creative Art of Attention”, and it is proving to be another life changing inspiring read.

Mornings are the important entry point to the day for many people. I am working on waking up slowly, to permit myself time to ease into each day. Journaling may be a way to help me succeed at this.
Thank you.
