  1. Expectations hurt! I was just trying to explain to my niece on this past weekend on how to save herself from getting her feelings hurt. Expecting others to act as us is a true way to stay let down. As Sis. Austin always told me, “you make sure you keep your spirit clean!” That is honestly all we can do. I’ll stay in the dungeon if I keep expecting others behave any way than what they do. Now what I will say is that you can move around. If your peace don’t abide then do just that. Move around!

      The only person an individual can now or ever change is themself. The only person that it is your business to control is yourself!” With that being said, you set the bar of how you will allow others to treat you, and yes if they can’t move around them, as peace is a valuable commodity.
