These questions make for enriching dinner table conversation, but they can be equally illuminating if you simply ask them of yourself. I stumbled onto the idea of asking big questions because I needed them myself. They drive our growth, and we can come back to them year after year.

- When do you feel most happy?
- What was one moment of joy or beauty you experienced today?
- Describe a place where you feel most relaxed and peaceful.
Great questions to center us and focus us back on what’s important!

My baby boy always said I seem most happy at church. I’m most happy around like minded individuals. I’m in another world when I’m at church or at a tennis tournament. The vibe. The conversation. But I’m a loaner. I’m happy at home when my house is pretty and clean.
