Caregiver: Focus on Appereciation

Focus on appreciation one things I wish I could get back and tell myself is that even in those bad moments where you are impatient from the stress, you should cherish your parent and be thankful. There were many instances with my mother when I was so exhausted and stressed out that I couldn’t enjoy the time I was spending with her. These moments are incredibly sad and stressful, but underneath that, there are moments of love and care and most important time together. – Emily Ziegler
