Not Holding Grudges

Why is it vital for us to not hold grudges? How will you work to restore a broken or damaged relationship this week?

Jesus, thank You that I can forgive others because You’ve forgiven me.

  1. Holding grudges is a waste of energy. Better to let go if you can

  2. You know I think we have to learn how to work through things. I think that’s what is missing. I’ve been hurt to the core. I’ve laid in that hurt for a season but once I process the experience I’m able to move forward. People that know me hate that about me. I have family that don’t speak to me to this day b/c I decided to forgive and let it go. And when I forgive I mean really forgive. I love you and I’ll be there for you even after what you’ve done. I realize that we really are not fighting against flesh and blood but its those evil spirits that we entertain and then come in like a flood and consume us. I recognize that and I’m able to free myself from the physical pain and the mental pain that I had experienced. But its a process.
