Real Life of an MSW 
My oldest son is my biggest hype man! He encourages me often. I’m my grandmother’s child, and its second nature for me to encourage others. I don’t know how not to. Sometimes its with a message and other times its simply listening or offering a hug!

We all need a cheerleader. I love those who support me unconditionally. I encouraged others the most by actively listening. Many individuals need a space to just talk and process uninterrupted.
