Last moment of self-care…whenever I exercise. I try to four times a week. Getting a sweat, hitting a certain heart rate so you feel like you’re getting a little renewal. Prayer, meditation, reading scripture. That’s all very much self-care for me as well. – Danai Gurira

      There are so many ways to get movement in your day, don’t just rely on the gym. Some of my favorite ways are parking far away from a store/organzation entrance, and walking, or doing Blackgirl Yoga online. Thanks for reading and commenting!
