Peace

So, awesome. Can we end on one more feelings-related note? How can we all tap the idea of empathy and compassion…the more we connect with our breath and the more we connect with our inner selves, the kinder we’re all going to be. It’s hard to unwind all the brainwashing from an external place. Just breathe and cultivate your own mindfulness, your own relationship with your soul.   1. I don’t know how you expect me to read the post when the pictures take over my brain. Geez! This is beautiful and peaceful looking. I really want to go to the mountains of Utah!

      The photograph is of Moraine Lake in Alberta, Canada.Yes, I encourage you to get out and explore nature. There are plenty of beautiful places in North America including Reflection Canyon in Utah.
