Before you walk, pause and take a few deep breaths. Remind yourself of your intentions. What do you want to gain from this experience? Once outside try to tap into your senses. When you feel your mind start to wander, focus in on your breathe. Try to sync your breathing with your steps; feel the pattern of your feet hitting the ground as you inhale and then exhale – Dora Kamau
