True Health Journey

A few years ago I release myself from the pressure of completely we overhauling my eating habits at the dawn of another year. Instead of buying into the latest healthy food diet that praised certain foods and vilified others, I committed to eating healthy-ish. As a creature, of comfort. I knew that any changes in my routine needed to happen slowly and willingly in order to last beyond January so look at the meals I already loved and riffed on them by or using fresher and more nutrient dense ingredients. It’s less of a hard reset and more of a maintenance check.
