My Yoga class is full of people in their 20s! Am I too old for yoga?

A big no on that ! It’s never too late to start a yoga practice- research suggests that yoga can improve your flexibility , balance, strength and mood, all important at any age. While the complex inversions and more rigorous styles can be intimidating, there are may types of yoga, so you just need to find one that is approachable for you at your current fitness levels (hatha ad other intro /beginner poses can be a good ones to start with).
It’s never too late for yoga!
