Make a choice

Make a choice of how  you move. Are you choosing balance or focus? There is no better choice, only deliberate decisions.  Whichever choice you make, and it may be both, make sure you care for yourself well. Have the grounding practices that will support you and help you stay steady on your path. Eat good food, and nourish yourself well. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.   Meditate, take a walk or take a warm rose-scented bath, stretch, read, write in your journal, light a bundle of sage. Whatever it takes to soothe your soul.  And be restful when you rest.
