This morning when I returned from my run, my spouse was already gone. I knew I was in for at least a 12 hour day. With that in mind, dinner needed to be good and quick tonight. Looking at all the containers in the fridge, I dreamt of leftovers.What’s your go to meal after a long hard day? I am not a fan of fast food or cereal at night. They both make me feel that I have either been cheated out of my money or time. That evening my spouse pulled out containers  not one was a complete meal. We found ourselves in a lightening round of Chopped. Bon Appetit.

  • Leftover pasta
  • Half an English cucumber marinated in rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Half of a bell pepper
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds
