Believing

Most likely, the best is still yet to come. When I think of my life this way, it helps me make better decisions, maintain high expectations of those in my life, live with more anticipation than fear, and believe that goodness is always just around the corner. What would it be like for you to live each day believing that your greatest joys are still ahead of you? Deeper love, connection, and peace is coming to you!

Life

“Do you get it now? This is your life. Not only your weekends, not only your vacation in three months, not only that big milestone you’ve been waiting for. This is it. Start fully living in the moment and giving meaning to the ‘mundane.’ This is your greatest adventure after all.” — Meditate and Love

Sacred Water

Why don’t you… treat your bath as a scared ritual. For guaranteed success gather the accoutrements: floral shower cap, body oil, body brush, ad loofah. For a transformative experience, candles should be burning, music should be playing, and trouble must be left at the door. Tie spent is key here. Therapeutic Notes: Manipulative language

My career journal is filled with scraps of paper, my dreams, countless questions, and thoughts; all of which bring a flood of memories with one powerful statement, which is “I wish someone would have told me this.” So, I’ll be the one telling you.

 Manipulative language that twists reality

Examples:

  • “It didn’t happen that way.”
  • “I never said that. You understood it wrong.”
  • “You’re crazy if you really think that.”
