Forgiveness

If you struggle to forgive yourself, try holding a heavy stone and dropping it (somewhere safe) as you say “I forgive myself”. Feeling a weight fall from you can be helpful.

      Thank you. I have learned sometimes it’s scary to release an emotion we’ve gotten really comfortable with, that is why I recommended this exercise to anyone whose dealing with forgiveness.
