  1. It just depends. if I’m mindful then I use one of the tools I’ve learned in my DBT sessions. Sometimes I’m not aware and I get these feeling in my stomach that I have to run to the rest room or my hands sweat. Or my heart beats irregular. More times than not I simply call on the name of Jesus. I get anxious over in the middle of the night and I have to call on Jesus to calm me down and get back to sleep.
