What regularly pops up in your mind while your meditating ?
Hmmmmm, whatever I’ve been dealing with. Or someone that I love. I allow the thoughts to pops up but when I begin to focus on my breathing they disappear.

Me too, but a few deep breaths, a couple musical beats, and I find myself refocused.
