Figure out why it’s important to you. Use your values to guide your habit. Losing weight, for example is not a value, it’s an outcome. If you want to exercise more, what are our reflecting? Maybe “caring” is key and you want to be around a long-time o care for kids or grandkids. Find the value behind the habit.
