Between the banks of pain and pleasure the river of life flows. It is only when the mind refuses to flow with life, and gets stuck at the banks, that it becomes a problem. By flowing with life, I mean acceptance-letting come what comes and go what goes. Desire not, fear not, observe the actual, as and when it happens, for you are not what happens, you are to whom it happens. Ultimately even the observer you are not. You are the ultimate potentiality of which the all-embracing consciousness is the manifestation and expression. ―Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj
Positively Purging-I welcome your feedbacks in the comments and your likes and passing the real life wisdom on to others as I embark on this new venture of “positively purging“, as I know each of these pieces represents something…
Life’s path is hardly straight but every crooked path leads to a beautiful destination if followed with patience.

Love this, it reminds me of the idiom “It’s the journey not the destination”

I like the river analogy. If you are too close to either bank chances of getting caught up in an eddy/vortex going around and around in circles never or rarely to get back to the main current
Stay in the midst of the flow
